Submitting the images which meet mypixeler’s guidelines for file format and resolution will fetch you the best results. We make sure that the resulting image will meet the requirements and quality which is expected from mypixeler.

The resulting image after editing will be delivered to you upon submitting the receipt within the allotted time.

SUBMISSION

Under these Terms of Mypixeler, you are not allowed to post or transmit any of the below-mentioned material or acquire any such material utilizing the website.

Any undermining, slanderous, oppressive or improper material or any material that could offer ascent to any polite or criminal risk under appropriate law;

Any material that could encroach privileges of protection, exposure, copyrights or other licensed innovation rights without the authorization of the proprietor;

Any material that raises bias, injustice, scorn or harm against any individual or gathering;

Mypixeler will make sure to deliver your edited image within the time requested, with the use of all the commercially available resources, but we here do not guarantee that an order will be
delivered at the mentioned date.

If your requested date doesn’t meet our delivered date or exceeds your time then, you can contact us through your registered account by mentioning all the details like the date ordered, the delivery date requested, and the actual delivered date. In such cases, Mypixeler will contact you to restructure your order if in case there is a technical issue or the ordered quantity is in bulk.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

For the pricing of the order, you will need to have a look at the price list mentioned on our website. Mypixeler reserves all the rights to change the pricing without prior notice. You have to make the pricing clear through our price list or you can contact us at support@mypixeler.com for any bargains or clarifications prior to the placing of an order.

Mypixeler has variants of pricing based on the quantity and time frame submitted by the customer.

DATA STORAGE

Mypixeler stores your data, or images, submitted only till the delivery date or the order completion date, we do not provide the storage service for your raw images. Your retouched images will be stored only for 30 days and removed from our database post the notice period.

ORDER CORRECTION

Replacement of an edited image is not accepted as you are fully responsible for the order submission, and you agree for the same. The order will be replaced only when you notify us before the delivery and the work process.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without prior notice or liability, for any reason including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.
